A few must-have elements of any Spanish food

Keeping your cooking space well-stocked with important ingredients used for day to day purposes is the sign of a good cook. And when it comes to preparing one of the most interesting cuisines like Spanish,
it is but obvious that you need to keep your kitchen space stuffed with a few below mentioned crucial ingredients. Keep reading further!

Olive oil- For lip-smacking Spanish cuisine, you, at least, need to keep 1liter or quart of olive oil. In case you prefer a lighter taste, make sure you skip for bottles labeled blended or light and opt for an ordinary olive oil. Besides, you can have also have canola oil for lighter taste.

Garlic, the fresh one- Many of us who love preparing traditional Spanish food need to keep at least 2 heads on hand. In case, if you use garlic on the occasional basis, all you can do is store them in a cool, dry place like the refrigerator. Before using just make sure it is not dried or sprouting.

Peppers and paprika- Chilli peppers have been one of the most important ingredients in a Spanish diet since years.  While on the other hand Spanish paprika, made from peppers after drying them can be sweet, spicy, smoked, etc. however there are several fish and meat recipes which can be prepared with peppers and paprika.

Oregano and Saffron- Further speaking of spices, rosemary, thyme, oregano, are some of the must-have spices in any Spanish cuisine. Here also you need to be sure that they aren't dried, they need to be fresh. In fact, several private catering in Perth believes in serving spice which gives the rice in paella a beautiful golden yellow.         

Milk- Spanish soups and desserts require some amount of milk, besides it offers plenty of benefits and nutrition.
